Headaches are one of the most common complaints I hear in my office. They are caused for different reasons but most are from stress/tension and hormonal fluctuations. Tips on how to alleviate: Breathe – most people are not breathing deeply through the day because of busy schedules and also having too many anxious fear-based thoughts. This causes oxygen deprivation to the brain, hence a headache.
